Recruitment Rates & Pricing Model

6.1 Permanent Placement Fees
For permanent placements, we charge a once-off placement fee calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s annual Cost to Company (CTC). This fee covers the full recruitment cycle, including:

✅ Offer negotiation and placement facilitation
Fee Range: 5 % – 15% of the candidate’s annual CTC (depending on the seniority and complexity of the role).

Temporary & Contract Staffing
For short-term or project-based staffing needs, we offer temporary and contract placements where employees are engaged for a specific duration under flexible terms. Our fee structure for temporary and contract staffing is based on an hourly, daily, or monthly rate, which includes:

🔹 Statutory deductions (UIF, PAYE, etc.)
🔹 Agency service fees for recruitment, payroll and compliance administration
Pricing: Quoted based on the role, skill level and contract duration.

Executive Search & Headhunting
For senior-level, highly specialized, or executive roles, we provide a premium headhunting service that involves an in-depth, research-driven talent acquisition approach. This includes:

✅ Comprehensive vetting and executive assessments
Fee Range: 15% – 25% of the candidate’s annual CTC, reflecting the specialized nature of these searches.

Retainer-Based Recruitment
For critical or high-volume hiring needs, we offer a retainer-based model, where the recruitment fee is split into milestone-based payments:
- Initial Retainer: A portion of the fee is paid upfront to commence the search.
- Shortlist Milestone: A second instalment is due upon submission of shortlisted candidates.
- Final Placement Fee: The remaining balance is paid upon successful placement.
